Focused Community Strategies (FCS) in Atlanta is seeking Support Staff (Temporary) to join the Carver Market team. You will contribute to café, kitchen, and retail operations, ensuring a welcoming customer experience while supporting store, café, and kitchen tasks.

The role is part-time, on-site, with a starting pay of $16 per hour and shifts that may vary based on business needs. Prior retail or food-service exposure is helpful but not required; strong customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Café Cashiering – process transactions and maintain a clean front-of-house area.
• Barista Duties – prepare coffee and beverages to established standards.
• Food Preparation – assist with ingredient prep and basic cooking tasks.
• Kitchen Support – help with dishwashing and stocking for smooth operations.
• Market Cashiering – support checkout for grocery and retail customers.
• Market Stocking & Floor Support – restock merchandise and maintain presentation.
• General Team Support – assist multiple areas as needed and collaborate with teammates.
• Equipment & Facilities Upkeep – ensure proper cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Store Appearance & Standards – uphold cleanliness and customer experience.
• Pricing & Accuracy Controls – ensure accurate pricing across departments.
