This role involves providing high-quality customer service via patient scheduling through the Customer Care Center, creating a positive first impression, and ensuring a quality patient journey experience.

The position is scheduled for 89 days and involves answering inbound calls, scheduling hearing care appointments, and addressing customer concerns. The ideal candidate works well in a team, is open-minded, and receptive to feedback.

You Will
  • Provide personalized customer service and schedule appointments
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
  • Communicate benefits of provider care
  • Practice active listening and interpret patient information
  • Manage difficult situations with sound judgment
  • Update patient management software with call notes and status
Performance Measures
  • Deliver a quality Patient Journey Experience
  • Maintain at least an 85% appointment conversion rate
  • Complete training on patient management software
  • Ensure data accuracy and efficient call handling
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Office/Administrative experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate professionalism
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is $16.29 to $21.00 per hour, influenced by factors such as location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, hearing aid benefits, PTO, and holidays. This position does not include a bonus.
