The position runs up to 8 weeks, is primarily in-person with possible occasional remote work, and requires enrollment in PERA. Pay starts at $19.29–$22.00 per hour, with a 32-hour workweek and a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CHHS Student Office Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct inquiries; answer phones and messages.
• Provide administrative support on projects for Dean and Advising Office staff.
• Train and onboard new student employees; supervise student staff.
• Support office operations, including IT support for conference rooms and mail handling.
