Qualifications

• Comfortable handling transactions and basic stockroom tasks including lifting.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with professionalism.
• Operate cash register accurately according to policies.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and well-presented shelves.
• Check in, price, and display supplies and general merchandise.
• Participate in inventory counts and track stock levels.
• Record price changes and promotions accurately.
• Notify staff about out-of-stock or defective items.
• Follow up with customers on special orders and arrivals.
• Report marketing trends and customer feedback to supervisor.
