Job summary

The University of Notre Dame is seeking a friendly, experienced part-time bartender for Legends on campus to join our on-call events team. You will deliver beverage service in a high-energy environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, taking orders, maintaining bar stock, processing payments via POS, and upholding health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations required.
• Ability to obtain a bartending license.
• Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol in Indiana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Bartenders within Legends. The UOES division oversees the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Pay Rate:

$8.78/hr + tips
