This hybrid position involves managing a portfolio of industrial properties, handling invoicing, tenant relations, and property inspections. Temporary Assistant Portfolio Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Assistant Portfolio Manager to join our team in the Los Angeles office. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will provide support to the Property Management Department and Portfolio Managers in the management of an assigned portfolio of industrial properties in the San Fernando Valley.
Location: Hybrid / Los Angeles (must be willing to drive to San Fernando Valley to visit properties)
Employment Type: Full-timetemporary position for a 3-6 month period beginning in April.
Work Arrangement:You will follow a hybrid work model, offering a balanced blend of remote and in-office work.

Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility, and long-term stock incentives. The expected hourly rate range for this role is $31.25 to $36.54.The actual hourly rate and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. Any offer letters will describe the final base salary and total compensation.

*These stock grants are subject to approval by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, are currently subject to vesting over a four-year period, with 25% of the grant vesting per year, and require continued employment on the grant date and each applicable vesting date.
