Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in soldering/assembly.
  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Job description

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Assembly Teams operate assigned automated assembly machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures

What your background should look like:

Essential duties include but may not be limited to the following:

  • Follow standardized work instructions for the assembly of components in accordance with top/sub level drawings.
  • The testing of electronics/mechanical parts assembly’s that require good hand eye coordination
  • Read and comprehending manufacturing drawings and S.O.Ps.
  • 5s - Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained during the shift and on the responsible areas.
  • Testing wiring circuits and Hardware.
  • Inspect electronics parts.
  • Familiar with Power supplies, oscilloscope, Digital multimeters
  • PCBA and wiring soldering - (J-std) Preferably but not require.
  • Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Using microscopes.

Other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year minimum role in manufacturing preferably pertaining to soldering and assembly components.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A degree or certification as a Mechatronics/electronics technician.
  • Comply with applicable quality assurance standards.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience related preferred.

COMPENSATION
•Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.23- 28.78 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
