Provide accurate and timely laboratory testing in blood bank, hematology, chemistry, and phlebotomy, ensuring adherence to protocols
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality control, and troubleshoot technical issues
Document all procedures, results, and maintenance activities thoroughly in the laboratory information system
Collaborate with medical staff and team members to communicate test results and resolve discrepancies promptly
Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Completion of an accredited training program in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
ASCP or AMT certification
Minimum 2 years of generalist laboratory experience with strong phlebotomy and blood bank skills
Current BLS certification
Ability to work night shifts

You hold ASCP or AMT certification and 2+ years experience. You can work night shifts and maintain lab equipment. You possess strong phlebotomy, blood bank, and communication skills
