The Scion Group LLC is seeking temporary maintenance staff to support apartment turnover in Statesboro, GA. The role covers a range of tasks from painting and repairs to light housekeeping and administrative assistance for the office and amenities.

This is a temporary assignment lasting 4-8 weeks with immediate start availability. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, 18+ by start, and capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship
• Willing and able to perform maintenance and administrative tasks as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors
• Participates in apartment inspections and documents unit condition
• Performs light housekeeping duties
• Keeps grounds clean and free of debris
• Provides general administrative support for the office, clubhouse and amenities
