Enclave Apartments in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening. This role offers on-site, full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and a chance to work with a reputable property management team.

You will handle resident service requests, perform general maintenance, and prepare homes for new residents. HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs and on-call rotations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies).
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community.
• Participate in on-call rotations if needed.
