Job summary

Seattle University is seeking detail-oriented temporary undergraduate admissions application readers to help meet our undergraduate application review goals. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Recruitment, the ideal candidate will have experience in undergraduate admissions or college counseling and familiarity with the Common Application and holistic application review.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, a home computer with Wi-Fi, the ability to work 10-20 hours per week,

Compensation at a Glance

$21.30-$25.00 per hour

Positions designated as hybrid eligible may offer the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule after successful completion of an introductory period of 3–6 months. In these cases, the role typically begins fully on campus to support onboarding and training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid arrangement thereafter.

Positions designated as on-site are not eligible for hybrid work and are expected to remain fully on campus.
