WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a full-time, temporary assignment that is currently slated for 6 months with the potential for extension.

Our Finance team loves digging into the details to drive profitability while providing excellent customer service. We Drive, not ride with a dedication to service. And they love doing it.

Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

Base Salary: $87,000 - $112,000 (depending on experience)

• Perform research, troubleshoot and fact find whenever required.
• Inform direct and indirect supervision of any critical matters immediately.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to the other members of the accounts payable team in order to continuously improve the team’s skills and performance.
• Work with various departments to train and educate processes in Microsoft D365.
• Continue to build strong working relationships with vendors.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for the department surrounding the payables cycle, including invoicing, approval process, payment processing and statement reconciliation.
• Oversee completion of month-end process around accounts payable.
• Work on projects and special assignments as assigned.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of ‘hands on’ management experience.
• Experience in ERP Microsoft D365.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Power-user in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• You earn people’s trust with your ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive information and situations.
