About The Role

- The Production Kitchen Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring production targets are met.

- This role involves creating and developing processes and SOPs for the new Ready to Heat business.

- The supervisor will be responsible for pre-production setup and delegating tasks to ensure proper staffing.

- The position requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment while holding team members accountable.

- The supervisor will lead safety meetings and promote a culture of food safety and quality.

- The role includes coaching team members on best practices and providing feedback on performance.

- The supervisor will work closely with the quality team to address any food safety or product quality issues.
