Home Chef is seeking a Tempo Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end RTH production, ensuring quality, safety, and target achievement. You will manage Executive Chefs and Production Kitchen Supervisors in a fast-paced facility, partnering with R&D, Procurement, HR, and Engineering.

The role demands strong leadership, experience in high-volume production, and a drive for continuous improvement, with travel up to 5% and compatibility with a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume food production.
• Strong HACCP and SQF knowledge.
• Experience leading cross-functional production and culinary teams.
• Proficiency with Office and production tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a cold production environment (~38°F).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
