Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services is seeking a Template Technician who thrives in the field, measuring and templating cabinets, countertops, and window coverings to ensure precise installations. You’ll provide critical first steps that guide installation teams and help deliver flawless results for customers.

In this role you will calculate square footage totals daily, support the Template Manager with routing field orders, and assist teammates to keep projects moving with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

From templating cabinets and countertops to ensuring measurements are precise, you’ll give our installation teams the clarity they need to deliver flawless results. Your work won’t just guide the build, it will build trust with our customers, support your teammates, and make sure every project is set up to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It):

• Measuring and templating cabinets, countertops, and window coverings for Wisenbaker customers.
• Calculating and reporting square footage totals for each order daily.
• Assisting the Template Manager with routing and reviewing field orders.
• Supporting teammates and installers when needed to keep projects moving.

What We’re Looking For:

• General knowledge of kitchen design, countertop layouts, cabinet installation, and window applications.
• Ability to read blueprints is a strong plus.
• Basic math, square footage calculations, and geometry.
• Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, problem-solver with a sharp eye for accuracy.
