Scope of Work:

The Tempest Certification Manager and Inspector oversees TEMPEST certification processes, ensuring products and facilities meet security standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement TEMPEST certification protocols.
2. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and security teams for compliance.
3. Conduct inspections and assessments for security vulnerabilities.
4. Act as the primary liaison with certification authorities.
5. Collaborate with external vendors and partners.
6. Maintain records of certification activities.
7. Provide staff training on TEMPEST principles.
8. Stay updated on TEMPEST standards and regulations.
9. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Government CTP or CTTA training; Security+ certification; Secret Clearance.
• 3+ years in TEMPEST certification/security management.
• Knowledge of TEMPEST standards (NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92, etc.).
• Effective communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience conducting TEMPEST inspections.
• Preferred: Certified TEMPEST Professional or Specialist, ability to obtain interim and full security clearance.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines, in team or alone, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug, alcohol, and background checks.
