Join Micro Quality Calibration (MQC) and gain hands-on experience with AMS2750, aerospace pyrometry, TUS, and SAT while working directly with customers throughout Southern California.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS), System Accuracy Tests (SAT), and instrument calibrations at customer sites.
• Calibrate thermocouples, furnace/oven controllers, recorders, data loggers, SAT instruments, and pressure/vacuum gauges.
• Apply AMS2750 and aerospace pyrometry requirements.
• Prepare thermocouples, survey racks, and process sensors.
• Troubleshoot furnace control systems and apply correction factors.
• Prepare accurate calibration reports and certificates.
• Maintain NIST traceability and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540 standards.
• Provide professional, knowledgeable service to customers.

What We're Looking For

• Calibration training and/or hands-on calibration experience.
• Experience with precision measurement equipment.
• Strong computer and customer service skills.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to travel approximately 20–80 miles throughout Southern California.
• Preferred: PMEL, TMDE, DOD, ISO/IEC 17025, AMS2750, or aerospace pyrometry experience.
