Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Tempe invites compassionate caregivers to join our team, helping seniors maintain independence in familiar surroundings. You’ll provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety with memory care.

We offer competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour, flexible full-time and part-time shifts, paid training, and PTO. Join a supportive team with round-the-clock manager back-up and performance-based rewards after onboarding and at 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Manage incontinence care thoughtfully
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Prepare healthy meals for clients
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure safety with memory care
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
