Z SUPPLY is seeking a Temp Wholesale Marketing Project Coordinator in Costa Mesa, CA to support wholesale marketing channels and drive brand growth. The role requires strong project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration across creative, sales, and buying teams.

The position is full-time hourly non-exempt with hybrid work (in-office Monday–Thursday, Friday remote). Experience with fashion brands and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Apps are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales, marketing, and/or project management experience.
• Experience with a fashion brand preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Experience with Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Wholesale Marketing: manage project timelines, tasks, and documentation for all wholesale marketing initiatives via Asana and Figma.
• Coordinate production and distribution of store and digital marketing assets aligned with seasonal launches and product stories.
• Serve as a primary, organized point of contact for sales reps, boutique owners, buyers, and store associates.
• Collaborate with the sales team on trade shows, showroom events, and other wholesale marketing initiatives.
• Support marketing in concepting and planning retail events and pop-ups to build brand equity.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, buying, and M&D teams to support business needs.

Position Title: Wholesale Marketing Project Coordinator (Temp)

Position Type: Full Time / Hourly Non-Exempt

Reporting To: Marketing Director

JOB OVERVIEW

The Wholesale Marketing Project Coordinator (TEMP) will support the wholesale marketing channel, assisting company leaders in executing brand, retail, and sales strategy that is critical for brand awareness and business growth. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, fast learner with strong project management skills. Success in this role depends on the ability to manage multiple timelines, assets, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-through.

POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wholesale Marketing
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and documentation for all wholesale marketing initiatives and retail marketing assets via Asana and Figma, ensuring every detail is tracked and on-schedule
• Coordinate the production and distribution of store and digital marketing assets and initiatives in alignment with seasonal launches and key product stories, with careful attention to specifications, deadlines, and brand consistency. Including:
  • Windows
  • POP displays
  • Signage
  • Campaign imagery
  • GWPs + Giveaways
  • PDPs
  • Product Knowledge Sessions
  • Gifting
• Serve as a primary, highly organized point of contact for sales reps, boutique owners, buyers, and store associates on wholesale marketing requests and communications, building and nurturing positive relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team on trade shows, sales meetings, showroom events, and other wholesale marketing initiatives that build brand loyalty and increase customer LTV, managing logistics and details with precision
• Support the marketing team in concepting and planning retail events and pop-ups to build brand equity and community among retailers and consumers
• General Marketing
• Assist the Marketing Director in the execution of wholesale marketing strategies and initiatives that promote brand awareness and wholesale growth, keeping deliverables and timelines on track
• Work cross-functionally with the creative, sales, buying, and M&D teams to support business needs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2-3years of sales, marketing, and/or project managementexperience required
• Experience working with a fashion brandpreferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps required
• Experience with Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Experience with managing spreadsheets and building decks preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with careful attention to detail
• Works well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker and up to date on emerging marketing trends
• Excellent project management skills with flexibility to switch between multiple projects

HOURLY RANGE $35-$38/HOUR
