Job summary

Caldera Medical, a growing medical device company focused on women’s health, seeks a Warehouse Material Handler in Westlake Village, CA. You will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory management to ensure timely flow of materials for production and customers.

This 3-6 month temporary role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills with ERP or inventory software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory software experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable and team-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders accurately and on time.
• Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and ERP system updates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality procedures.
• Support additional tasks such as labeling, assembly, and packing as needed.
