Job summary

Kelly Services in Aurora, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for the first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with a pay rate of $20/hour. This temporary role has potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distributing materials for assembly/manufacturing in a medical technology setting, with standard warehouse duties such as cycle counting and kit delivery to production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in local language.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts.
• Pick parts/products or pack shipments, ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
• Fill kits and deliver to production as required.
• Quantify and verify cycle count.
• May work in Decon area: unpack, disinfect, and disposition returned product.
• Comply with EHS Quality System regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
