Job summary

HUDSON CITY CONSULTING LIMITED LIAB in North Bergen, NJ, is hiring a Sign Installer / Fabrication Technician. This temp-to-perm position offers a path to full-time employment and will involve both field installation and shop fabrication work.

You will install channel letters, signs, vinyl graphics, read installation drawings, operate lifts, and travel to customer sites. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with occasional overtime; pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign installation, fabrication, or related trade.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and installation docs.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install signs including channel letters, dimensional letters, panel and monument signs.
• Install vinyl graphics on windows, walls, vehicles, and surfaces.
• Read drawings and site surveys; verify placement and measurements.
• Operate lifts, ladders, and scaffolding; travel to customer sites.
• Support fabrication in shop; cut, drill, route, and assemble materials.
• Ensure safety, quality checks, and customer satisfaction.
