Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr

Our client, a non-profit, is looking for a temp to perm Human Resources Assistant! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager, and willing to jump in and help wherever is needed.

This assignment starts asap and will have the potential to go perm down the line.

Hours: 9am – 5pm (35 hours a week)

Location: Midtown

*Fully onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Update and maintain employee data in the ADP system
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of compensation letters for new hires and current employees
  • Prepare materials and logistics for staff meetings
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
