Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Lewisville site on a temp-to-hire basis to support operations in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will work 7am to 3:30pm (occasional until 4:30), handle picking, receiving, loading/unloading, and shipping documentation using WMS/RF systems (ASC Trac, FreightPOP). Must lift up to 60 pounds and be computer savvy. Training on ERP systems may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literate and able to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a shipping and receiving environment.
• Previous shipping software experience preferred.
• Previous WMS – scanning systems experience required.
• Must have very strong computer (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP system experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping documents via WMS system.
• Pick orders using WMS/Scanners.
• Process all picked orders in the system, to relieve them from inventory, as well as producing Shipping labels, BOLs and all other documents needed for shipping.
• Schedules pick-ups daily, based on demand and urgency.
• Load and unload trucks.
• General housekeeping, product consolidation, and safety duties.
• Cross train within the department and be able to assist other team members, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
