Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience.
• High school diploma or trade school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with precision mechanical/electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to perform both repetitive and non-routine production tasks.
• Strong attention to product quality and safe handling.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical and electromechanical components according to production requirements.
• Produce functional, high-quality assemblies while minimizing rework.
• Handle components carefully to prevent cosmetic or physical damage.
• Operate hand tools and equipment such as arbor presses, vacuum systems, and ovens.
• Use measurement devices, oscilloscopes, data collection equipment, and related hardware.
• Work with solvents in connection with production activities.
• Adapt procedures, tooling, materials, or equipment as needed.
• Maintain tools and keep work areas neat and orderly.
• Follow safety requirements including PPE such as safety shoes and glasses.
• Assist with orienting or training lower-level employees and take on other duties.
