Days/Times: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

IMMEDIATE TEMP to HIRE Cash Application Specialist position! We are representing a well-known law firm seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for applying payments of firm fees to the correct client/matter numbers. Daily duties include depositing and applying check payments, processing ACH and wire transfer payments, pulling online payment reports, making adjustments and write-offs, and assisting accounting with cash report balancing.

Applicants MUST have 2-4 years of experience in cash applications, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Salary is based on experience, tenure, and skillset.
