Qualifications

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures.
• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.

• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
• Able to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble suction units, install coalescers, and other components according to manuals.
• Follow drawings, layouts, and written work instructions.
• Prepare parts and components for product assembly.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Assist with oil flushes and component preparation activities.
• Perform basic visual inspections for defects.
• Report quality or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 5S practices.
• Comply with ISO 9001 quality standards and procedures.
• Assist other team members to meet daily production goals.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement when trained.
