• Supports students during instruction and reinforces lessons in one-on-one or small groups.
• Observes and manages student behavior in classrooms, lunch areas, and other learning environments.
• Collects data on student performance and supports behavior management strategies.
• Follows school policies and participates in professional development as needed.
