Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of merchandising and planogram development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms or floorplans preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Space and Assortment planning teams; work independently or with clients as needed.
• Maintain and update data in tools to ensure consistency and accuracy for the department.
• Assist with Space and Assortment building software under supervision.
• Learn to understand planning initiatives and how to search for solutions to support customer goals.
• Learn client/customer strategies to help support department objectives.
