Qualifications

• Education Level: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and planogram development skills

Responsibilities

• Support the planning team on space and assortment projects, with room to work independently and the chance to collaborate with teammates and clients
• Maintain and update data across planning tools for consistency and accuracy
• Build technical chops in space and assortment building software with supervision
• Learn the strategy behind shelf plans and how planning initiatives come together to hit client goals
• Get to know clients and what drives their strategies to support department goals
