Compass Group USA's CulinArt division is hiring a Senior Cook for a temporary shift at Tower Hill School in Wilmington, DE. The role runs 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with a fixed pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Previous line cooking, high-volume production and supervisory experience are required. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous line cooking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Supervisory or lead cook experience.
• Ability to work a 6:30 am–3:00 pm temporary schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare entr es and menu items following recipes.
• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper storage of food items.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and health/sanitation rules.
• Document production records and assist in cross-training.
