Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Temp Sales Support to join the luxury team at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. This full-time temporary role starts ASAP and requires weekend/holiday availability to support the store’s luxury client experience.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail and customer service experience, strong clienteling, and excellent communication. Role includes lifting up to 50lbs and standing for shifts, with a competitive hourly salary of $22-$23.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail and customer service experience, with an existing client book preferred.
• Exceptional clienteling and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver a sophisticated luxury experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Temp Sales Support to join their team at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. This is a full-time temporary position starting ASAP. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include

• Drive sales performance by achieving monthly goals, maximizing each stage of the selling process, and delivering an elevated luxury client experience.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through personalized outreach, appointments, clienteling, product recommendations, styling, and wardrobing.
