Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Temporary Safety Professional to support ongoing safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture on a fast-paced site.

You will perform daily inspections, lead toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and ensure OSHA standards are followed. The role is full-time and runs 5:30am–3:00pm with a pay range of $45–$50 per hour, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a safety role (construction, manufacturing, or industrial preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and safety audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence teams in a fast-paced environment.
