Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Experience with laboratory work and field surveillance is helpful.
• Willingness to operate in a lab environment and handle insects.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and service field traps and collect specimens.
• Identify screwworms and blow flies and document findings.
• Assist with DNA extraction and CRISPR-Cas12–based diagnostics.
• Participate in volatile collection, GC-MS and GC-EAD analyses, and insect colony maintenance.
