Qualifications

• 3–5 years of regulatory/compliance experience in an FDA-regulated industry, dietary supplement experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Nutrition Science, Biology, etc.
• Must have working knowledge of cGMPs and regulations
• Experience with certification management is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail including proofreading
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
• Proficient with standard business software and database reporting
• Professional, positive demeanor and ability to work in a high‑pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Certify products and maintain active certifications with 3rd party bodies and retailer registrations (USDA Organic, NSF, Non-GMO, CVS, Whole Foods, etc.)
• Stay current with changes to certification requirements and regulations
• Create and update SOPs and forms to maintain compliance
• Drive continuous improvement projects for efficiency and quality
• Inform other departments about new regulatory developments
• Prepare cover letters and submission packages for regulatory requests
• Generate and report metrics on certification status and quality control
• Support internal and external audits as needed
• Ensure all ingredients meet regulatory requirements for production
• Research regulations to assess regulatory impact of product changes
• Perform ad hoc duties to support the team
