Job Overview

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; own vehicle required.
• PA State License must be in hand at profile upload.

COI and Insurance Requirements

Agency must include Certificates of Insurance (COI) with specific coverage amounts for General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Cyber, and Professional Liability. Additional insured status for AHSA and Trinity Health is required, with the description of operations listing Auto, Cyber, and PL coverage. These requirements are non-waivable.
