Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with clinical and production experience in long term care.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Team-oriented and cooperative approach.
• Patient, tactful, and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutritional care for residents.
• Ensure compliance with food service regulations and standards.
• Counsel and direct Dietary Managers, Nursing, or Administrators as needed.
• Participate in weekly At Risk meetings and monitor weights and intake.
