Job summary

Amphenol Network Solutions in Liberty Lake, WA is seeking an Incoming Quality Inspector to verify materials against manufacturing drawings, standards, and PO data, ensuring only quality components enter assembly. You will support QA investigations and provide technical analysis for quality issues.

The role involves following inspection procedures, using measuring equipment, and generating reports (DMR) while maintaining a safe, cross-functional team environment.:

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years QA experience preferred.
• Able to interpret drawings/schematics; telecommunications product knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Follow the incoming inspection procedure.
• Inspect materials per PO, drawings, ANS and Epicor standards using proper measuring equipment.
• Prepare evaluations and reports for defective materials.
• Label accepted/rejected materials as directed by management.
• Record inspection data in Epicor and generate DMR reports.
• Close DMR/RMA in the system when required.
• Conduct audits and maintain QA records.
• Suggest process improvements to management.
