Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to support our rural hospital facilities. The role requires 2+ years of hospital experience, with preference for Critical Access Hospital and travel experience.

You will work Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, supporting ICU, L&D, M/S and ED; Meditech and Omnicell experience is a plus. Housing considerations apply due to rural location and distance from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacist support to ICU, L&D, M/S and ED.
• Manage medication distribution and verification; weekend coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective pharmacotherapy.

Job description

Description: INPATIENT PHARMACIST. Monday - Friday, 40hrs/week (7/730a - 430/5p) with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend) Saturday/Sunday 8a-1p. ASAP start preferred.

2-5 years experience required + previous hospital experience REQUIRED. Ideally, previous Critical Access Hospital experience as well. Must be willing/able to work independently (specifically on weekends). Facility has ICU, L&D , M/S, ED that this Pharmacist would support. Meditech experience preferred. Familiarity with Omnicell is a plus.

NO LOCALS. Candidates perm address must be 50+ miles from facility.
