JobRx, Inc. in Berlin, NH is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment at a rural hospital. You will support ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and ED with medication management and clinical care.

The role requires 2–5 years as a pharmacist, hospital experience, NH licensure with BLS. Meditech/Omnicell experience preferred. Weekly pay with lodging/meals reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of pharmacist experience, with at least 2 years in a hospital setting.
• Experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy and various departments.
• NH Pharmacist license and active BLS certification.
• Meditech and Omnicell experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management.

Are you an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist ready to take on a new challenge? Do you thrive in a hospital setting and enjoy working independently? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join their team in a rural location, providing vital support to various departments including ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department.

As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing pharmaceutical care and medication management
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Supporting departments such as ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department
• Utilizing Meditech and Omnicell systems for medication dispensing
• Working independently, especially during weekend shifts

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 2 years in a hospital setting
• Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital (highly preferred)
• Experience with Meditech and Omnicell systems (highly preferred)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (can apply at time of offer)
• Willingness to work every 3rd weekend (Saturday/Sunday 8am - 1pm)
