Qualifications

• Ability to prepare large portions of meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepares hot and cold foods and beverages including modified textures for therapeutic diets.
• Maintains and follows all meal schedules.
• Ensures food handling meets safety and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Stores, refrigerates and cooks foods to required temperatures per FDA guidelines.
• Follows facility policies, procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Complies with regulatory codes and reports incidents as required.
