Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, daily living assistance, and basic lab specimen collection.
• Charts observations and reports changes in the patient’s condition.
• Executes delegated or specialized functions as trained.
• Escorts patients to destinations within the facility.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Orders, receives and stores supplies; basic clerical tasks.
• Participates in follow-up activities; tracks clients and appointments.
• Identifies at-risk individuals for comprehensive health services.
• Being present at the office is an essential function.
• Other duties as assigned.
