Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Part-Time Personal Lines Admin Assistant to join a reputable insurance company's personal lines department in California. This role provides essential administrative support, focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks without direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the personal lines department within an insurance company.
  • Perform electronic filing, attaching emails, and downloading/uploading documents efficiently.
  • Utilize AMS360 and Outlook for managing tasks and communications.
  • Maintain organizational systems for documents and records.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed to support the department's operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in personal lines is essential to understand the line of work.
  • Previous experience in a brokerage is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using AMS360 and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Work Hours

The position is temporary and part-time, with a commitment of no more than 20 hours a week. Work hours are flexible and can be arranged between Monday and Friday.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$23 per hour.
