Job summary

IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is seeking a part-time temporary Office Receptionist for its Modesto, CA facility. The role requires a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred) and involves administrative duties, heavy phone contact, and professional interaction.

The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm, for approximately six months. Pay is $19.75 per hour, with medical insurance eligibility after a waiting period and 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and typing 45 wpm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a high volume of calls and client contact.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and provide general support.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls, face-to-face client contact, and filing.
• Present professionally and demonstrate sound judgment in day-to-day interactions.
