Part-Time Customer Service Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Customer service administrator. The candidate will be primarily responsible for administrative production tasks within the customer service processes framework for after-sales services. The candidate will need to be able to s upport with administrative tasks in multiple departments including but not limited to Final Control, Receiving/Unpacking/Shipping, and Accessories. This position reports to the CS Administration Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving:

  • Process spare parts/stock reception, packing and unpacking local & international shipments, intercompany transfers, stock postings, and any other processing necessary for Maisons and products to meet departmental and interdepartmental production goals.
  • Receive and open parcels from carriers in accordance with strict security guidelines.
  • Quality Control and Repair Orders:
  • Perform inspection of repaired goods in alignment with company quality standards.
  • Process the final completion of repair orders to include invoicing and payment.
  • Registration:
  • Perform registration of repaired goods in alignment with company quality standards.
  • Audit the registration already created in flow, participate in continuous improvement of the team
  • Additional Tasks:
  • Assist other cross-functional departments with projects or tasks based on business needs.
  • Perform all additional tasks required in the admin function.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Currently enrolled in college or university.

Experience:

  • Some experience in a production-based environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience with SAP is a plus.

Technical Skills / Abilities:

  • Ability to safely handle and operate box cutters, tape machines, tape guns, and air film machines (training will be provided).
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with SAP/Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of client service needs and priorities (internal and external).
  • Must be able to work on-site in Ft. Worth, TX (this is not a remote position).
