Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
• Process, analyze, and compile medical documentation; obtain records from inpatient and external facilities.
• Ensure information is appropriately incorporated into electronic health records.
• Work closely with medical providers and staff to support accurate documentation and quality patient care.
