Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

NATURE OF WORK:

1. Apply acquired skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
2. Work on semi-routine assignments, recognizing when deviations from standard practices are necessary.
3. Follow established procedures on routine work; seek instructions for new assignments.
4. Read, understand, and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) in English.
5. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume assembly manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed, in addition to a minimum of 40 hours/week.
2. Ability to read and understand English.
3. Capability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to instructions, drawings, or diagrams.
4. Proper use of manufacturing equipment.
