Job summary

Amphenol Network Solutions is seeking a warehouse associate for a temporary position responsible for receiving, storing, shipping, and distributing materials. You will pick orders and manage inventory entries while ensuring proper labeling and efficient packaging.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and are comfortable working independently or in a team. Forklift experience and ERP familiarity are a plus, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using an RF Gun is a bonus.
• Experience working with ERP systems is helpful.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick sales orders and production jobs
• Responsible for inventory transaction entries
• Ensure proper labels are used, and properly marked
• Assist with inventory control
• Utilize basic stocking processes to put away finished goods and raw material
• Utilize proper techniques for packaging sales orders
• Identify consolidation potential to maximize warehouse space
• Perform all work assignments with proper material handling techniques, following quality standards and safety precautions
• Use of forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck to move materials around the warehouse
• Assist with regular clean‑up duties as needed
• Adapt and accept changes based on production demands and schedules
• May be responsible for other duties assigned

Physical Demands

• Ability to regularly sit or stand, and use hands to manipulate small components
• Frequently reach with hands and arms, occasionally above the shoulders or below the knees
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment

• Works in an open manufacturing environment
• May be required to work on or around equipment that produces radiant heat
• Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, industrial chemicals and vibration
• Noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate, though the employee may occasionally be subject to higher noise levels
