Job summary

Stuller is seeking dependable Temporary Manufacturing Associates to support various production areas in our Lafayette, LA facility. You will operate equipment, assist assembly, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include following procedures, tracking production progress, and collaborating with team members to meet daily goals. Prior experience is helpful but not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is needed, and a strong attention

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production lines following established procedures.
• Assemble, process, inspect, or move products through production stages.
• Monitor workflow and maintain productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Inspect work for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain organized, clean work area and report issues promptly.
