Job summary

Stuller is seeking dependable Temporary Manufacturing Associates to support various production areas in our Lafayette, LA facility. You will operate equipment, assist assembly, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include following procedures, tracking production progress, and collaborating with team members to meet daily goals. Prior experience is helpful but not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is needed, and a strong attention

Stuller is seeking dependableTemporary Manufacturing Associates to support various production areas within our manufacturing operations. Assignments may include assembly, machine operation, oven processing, die striking, material handling, and other production-related activities. Team members are responsible for safely operating equipment, following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, tools, and production systems according to established procedures.
• Assemble, process, inspect, or move products and materials throughout various stages of production.
• Monitor production workflow and maintain productivity standards while meeting quality expectations.
• Perform routine equipment operation, basic adjustments, and equipment care as directed.
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with manufacturing specifications.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Accurately track work, production information, and materials as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support departmental goals and on-time delivery.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or industrial experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production processes.
